Challenge

Albert Einstein Israelite Hospital recently implemented Salesforce, and wants its doctors to be able to manage their promotions, inclusion of family members, profiling, etc.

Solution

A community (Digital Experiences) was created, in which doctors can include family members in their profile and request benefits, doctors can also manage their documents such as diplomas, courses, etc., which can be used for possible promotions.

A flow was created in which doctors can see the possible vacancies and can apply attached documents and fill out forms which are saved in Salesforce, so that the people of the hospital can make the decision to approve or reject the promotion. this was done using lightning flow and LWC.
